Smart Mistri may use third-party tools like Google Play Services, Firebase, and analytics services. Their privacy policies apply separately.

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Welcome to Datasketch Solutions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications — Smart Mistri and Sales Run — and our website at https://datasketch.in (collectively referred to as “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services. 

1. Use of Our Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways. 

2. Accounts and Access

To access certain features of the apps, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

– Smart Mistri 

Smart Mistri offers two subscription plans: 

  • Standard Plan: ₹500 per year 
  • Pro Plan: ₹1000 per year (Coming Soon) 

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of your subscription. Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed, except as required by law. 

– Sales Run 

Pricing for Sales Run is available on request. Customized pricing and features will be outlined in individual agreements between the user and Datasketch Solutions. 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology used in the Services are the exclusive property of Datasketch Solutions or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without permission. 

5. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or behavior that harms the integrity of the platform. 

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Datasketch Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

Section 3: Cancellations and Refund Policy 

1. Smart Mistri

Subscription Cancellation 

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or platform (e.g., Google Play Store). 
  • Cancellation will stop any future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of your current subscription period. 

Refund Policy 

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. 
  • Exceptions may be made in the case of: 
  • Duplicate payments 
  • Technical errors on our end 
  • Service unavailability for a prolonged period (more than 7 consecutive days) 

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of issue at info@datasketch.in. 

2. Sales Run

Sales Run may involve customized pricing based on individual or business requirements. 

  • Due to the nature of custom services and one-on-one onboarding, all sales are final once a payment is made. 
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as: 
  • Billing errors 
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services (as per written agreement) 

Clients must raise such requests in writing within 7 days of payment.
